KOM has developed specialised expertise in communication strategy for Horizon Europe-funded projects across multiple instruments and scientific fields. As Director of Communication for several active MSCA Doctoral Networks — including menTOR, ENHPATHY, TRAJECTORY, and PIPgen — KOM leads the relevant work packages end-to-end: objectives, tasks, milestones, deliverables, and EU reporting. This is not consultancy at a distance. KOM embeds itself in the consortium from the kick-off meeting, attends the annual events, produces the content, manages the platforms, and delivers the dissemination and exploitation plan that reviewers expect to find fully operational at each project milestone. The result, for the coordinator and the scientific team, is a single point of contact for everything the Communication WP requires — so that the research can proceed without the administrative overhead of managing communication across twelve institutions in seven countries.
